Cancellations After Order Processing:

• Once your order has been processed for shipment, cancellations are not possible. This is due to the perishable nature of our products and the logistics involved in ensuring their safe delivery.

• We may consider exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis for extenuating circumstances. Please contact us directly to discuss your situation.

Additional Information:

• The scheduled processing date for your order is displayed on the checkout page and in your order confirmation email.
• Orders are considered processed once they have been packed and prepared for shipment.
